On 25th November in Hanoi, a MoU Signing Ceremony was organized between NTQ, a global IT Service Provider based in Vietnam, and CNS, Japan’s leading corporation specializing in IT solutions. This collaboration marks a new milestone for NTQ in expanding its global partnership network, strengthening its presence in the Japanese market, and accelerating the delivery of high-quality, innovative technology services.

Joint Collaboration For an Accelerated Digital Journey 

The partnership affirmed both corporates’ objectives towards leveraging technology advancements and competencies to tap directly into the needs for digital transformation of Japanese companies & businesses. Based on this vision, both companies agreed to combine their key competencies, global resources, technology infrastructure, and proven successful experiences to foster a new model of collaboration that delivers solutions tailored to the needs of businesses across different sectors. The areas of collaboration between the two companies will be as follows: 

ODC Establishment & Operation: NTQ will collaborate with CNS to co-create and operate a specialized Offshore Development Center (ODC) comprising a team of high-quality IT engineers, developers, and experts with industry-driven knowledge, a specialized tech stack in areas including ServiceNow, AI, ERP, and Cloud Computing. The ODC will be established in the format of “Lab as a Service”, offering flexible scaling capabilities, a simplified process of expansion and reduction upon project status, and a team with fluent language and a deep understanding of Japanese work cultures. 

Joint Collaboration In Business Transformation: NTQ will work closely with CNS to leverage the company’s core services & solutions, with a focus on accompanying Japanese companies to accelerate their digital journey with the most optimal pathway and the right strategy. In particular, NTQ will harness technical expertise to support CNS’s consulting & management models, along with offering a team of dedicated & experienced experts to harness efficiency for CNS’s ERP business expansion. 

AI-Powered Solution Development: NTQ will collaborate with CNS to enhance efficiency in project execution, consulting capabilities, and service quality through AI-driven solutions. Both sides will jointly explore, research, and develop the application of NTQ’s AI ecosystem – NxUniverse into various stages of service improvement and delivery.

Through this partnership, NTQ and CNS shared the mutual perspectives about the values of this collaboration, considering the event as a remarkable milestone that strengthens the relationship and contributes to both companies’ long-term growth strategy and business visions in the tech industry.
