Son (David) is the Chairman, CEO and also the "Strategist" of NTQ Solution. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT field and a vision of turning NTQ into a leading software development & well-recognized company in the IT industry. Under his guidance, NTQ has evolved from a start-up of only 5 to a big family of more than 1,200 people. Step by step, he has drawn an ambitious business plan and led the company toward the "Beyond Global" strategic plan. He actively shares global business development experience in Vietnamese and international IT associations, such as the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) and VJC under the Vietnam Software & IT Services Association (VINASA).

Phuong is the Vice President and also the "Innovator" of NTQ Solution. After obtaining his Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Rostov State University, he worked for various IT/telecom companies before joining NTQ. Fueled by a strong passion for creating Made by NTQ Solution products that address complex global business challenges in the digital transformation journey, he leads the New Innovative Service (NIS) division. He consistently introduces novel software solutions to the market.

Dung is the Vice President and also the "Administrator" of NTQ Solution. He is a well-respected leader with over 20 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in IT development, project management and operation. He worked for many multinational SI firms before joining NTQ. Dung has created a professional customer-centric working environment in NTQ that delivers IT solutions and services supporting them in digital transformation, business expansion, and long-term sustainable collaboration.

Duong is the Customer Service Director. At the same time, he is also the CEO of EZPlatics, a part of the NTQ Solution ecosystem that specializes in providing IoT solutions and systems in agriculture, energy, and manufacturing. Duong has worked with NTQ Solution since its inception and is considered a "Companion" of NTQ’s customers. Dedicating himself to the role of a supportive and attentive companion, he fostered close relationships by accompanying clients through both successful and challenging times. This genuine commitment surpassed their expectations, evolving into cherished friendships, which, owing to his years spent living and working in Japan, were enriched by his advanced knowledge of business practices, Japanese language, and culture. This invaluable foundation greatly contributed to the success of NTQ Solution and EZPlatics in the Japanese market.

Lan is the Director of the People Development Division. She has more than 20 years of experience in operational management and system development for large international corporations. She is responsible for developing NTQ-ers, including recruitment, training, human resource development, and organizational structure-building policies. Lan has aided NTQ in creating a professional employee-centric working environment that adheres to international standards. She considers people as an important factor in all development.

Joining NTQ Solution in 2011, after more than 12 years of becoming an NTQer, Hung has shown his undeniable contribution to the company’s success. As Director of the SDC1 & SDC3 Department, he and his team have thrived by leveraging their industry expertise with Japanese existing and future partners of NTQ to deliver an outstanding client experience. Hung’s background is rich in various programming languages, especially for Mobile, also in Management and Leadership skills.

With 8 years of working experience at NTQ, Thanh is a talented, trustworthy and reliable Director of SDC11. Under his guidance, SDC11 won many successes and achieved great business results. With his contribution, he received encouragement from the company, especially the Beyond Manager award in 2022.

Nhung is a director and a strategic, skillful, and passionate leader. Her wealth of diverse management skills, experience, and background puts us in a very strong position. She achieved many amazing results with Outsourcing Service Development No.3 while still focusing on innovation and enhancing the company’s service delivery quality.

Duc is the new "captain" of the SDC6, dedicated to the Japanese & English-speaking markets. He is a highly respected leader with over 12 years of experience and knowledge in software development, Project management, and Solutions architecture. With a demonstrated working history in the Software industry, he strives to lead the SDC6 department to achieve many successes and ensure the highest standard of project quality for all clients.

Duong is the "captain" of the SDC8, dedicated to the English-speaking & Korean markets. He is skilled in various programming languages, frameworks, methodologies, and platforms. Having a demonstrated working history in the Software industry, he strives toward a higher Technical standard in all projects and aims to enhance NTQ’s competitiveness in the global market.

Nam is NTQ Japan’s CEO and our "Navigator" in the market. He has strong expertise not only in ICT technology but also in Japanese business culture & trends. Under his guidance, NTQ Japan has achieved considerable success & gained customers’ trust. He strongly believes that the key factors for every achievement are a good plan, great passion & effective execution.

Binh has worked in the IT industry in Japan for more than 10 years. This is her fourth year as a sales representative. This idea has spread to the sales promotion department. In addition, our customer service does not end with complete software, but we will continue to monitor after release.

With 19 years of experience in the software industry, Giang has a long experience in the Japanese industry and has a deep understanding of the Japanese language and culture, as well as the unique way of working in Japanese companies. Utilizing the know-how she has acquired in various positions such as BrSE and PM, she plays an active role as a key person connecting customers. In 2022, she was appointed as the development manager of NTQ Japan and will strive to improve development quality.

Ishikawa Akira has been working in the IT industry for 20 years and accomplishing thousands of global projects. He is an expert in offshore development. With deep knowledge of technology, vast experience, and a professional working style, he is credited by members and assigned to be NTQ Consulting Japan Director.

ChanMi is the NTQ Korea Business Development Director responsible for expanding the business of NTQ Solution in the Korean market. With 4 years working in a Korean company and 5 years of experience in business development for a Vietnamese IT outsourcing company in Korea, she is representing NTQ in the Korean market, connecting Korean clients to the Vietnamese offshore development working model and supporting NTQ to spread its name in the Korean market.

Johnny is the NTQ Hong Kong Country Manager, responsible for seeking new business & opportunities in the Hong Kong market. He is an experienced Business Consultant with strong experience in the financial services industry, serving multinational financial companies across Asia. His key background includes insurance, IT project management, technology consulting, business strategies, and change management.

Long is the Sales Director of the MIT market, including SEA, Australia, US. Possessing an impressive background with a thick knowledge and experience in Business Consulting and Finance, he always makes good directions to lead the Sales team. Under his dedicated guidance, the Sales team recorded great success when helping the company have the opportunity to cooperate with major clients around the world.

Thang brings with him a wealth of technological expertise and a visionary mindset. With his breadth of industry expertise, he is aptly poised to steer NTQ Solution towards implementing the latest technologies in projects alongside clients, offering tangible value by addressing complex challenges. Thang is committed to constructing teams specializing in technology and engineering, aiming to amplify the organization’s technological and consulting capabilities.

An is the manager of NTQ AI. With experience, passion, dedication, and relentless efforts at work, he has made great contributions to the development of NTQ. An is leading a team of 20 AI personnel and implementing multiple major projects with large corporations such as NEC, Renesas, etc. He is always an exemplary manager, responsible for all the proposals and advice and for discussing technical issues with customers.

Having started his career at NTQ in 2013, Thanh is NTQ’s Technology Consulting Officer. He left a mark when he gradually tried from the key member to become a director of the Technology Consulting Office (TCO). With his dense experience, Thanh has dedicated a substantial portion of his endeavors to tackling intricate and technically demanding challenges, thereby contributing to the accomplishments of the projects. Through his dedicated efforts, he has consistently advanced the organization’s technical prowess while making invaluable contributions to project achievements.

Ha is the Quality Assurance Manager who joined NTQ Solution in 2021. With a robust background in quality control, Ha drives product excellence and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. By implementing advanced QA & testing methods in all NTQ’s projects and promoting cross-departmental collaboration, Ha is dedicated to elevating NTQ’s products and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.

Long is an E-commerce specialist and the CEO of 2B Technology Solutions, a component of the NTQ Solution ecosystem. This ecosystem provides user-friendly and impactful SaaS platforms and solutions that streamline E-commerce operations. He is the Co-founder and also the "Inventor" of NTQ Solution. His expertise is resolving intricate challenges for major E-commerce clients, resulting in exceptional end-user experiences. Under his guidance, 2B has collaborated extensively with global partners, solidifying its position as a key player in the international arena.

Hue is the CEO of RECO, a part of the NTQ Solution ecosystem that aims to construct a strong bridge, a diverse ecosystem between companies and candidates. She is also the "Inspirational" of NTQ Solution. Under Hue’s leadership, RECO has ensured the long-term development of businesses by responding quickly to important positions in domestic and international IT markets, thereby opening up many promising career opportunities for candidates and assisting the Vietnamese software industry in reaching out to the world. Khanh is the CEO of DentalFlow, a part of the NTQ Solution ecosystem that specializes in providing digital transformation solutions to improve the medical industry’s quality and treatment services. He has 10+ years of experience in developing and implementing software products. Under Mr. Khanh’s leadership, DentalFlow has achieved many successes quickly by gradually expanding the international market and collaborating with 400+ leading dental systems in Vietnam. DentalFlow strives to become the leading solution provider in Vietnam’s dental industry in the next five years - Top 1 dental ERP.

Since 2011, Chuong, the R&D Team Leader of the VoLTE division, has been a vital member of NTQ. With a passion for mathematics and technology, he pursues knowledge and integrates cutting-edge technologies into projects. This drive fuels his constant search for innovative solutions and optimal methods to address client challenges. His progressive mindset has driven the company’s growth and technological advancements, making him indispensable to NTQ’s sustained achievements.

Isao Edatsune brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at prominent Japanese corporations, where he deeply understood the technical challenges and complexities that companies face during digital transformation. Since 2020, he has joined NTQ Japan to harness the company’s capabilities and provide strategic direction to drive tangible value for Japanese businesses.

During his 30 years in a managerial role at a leading corporation, he has experienced many ICT-related system construction and management projects. After that, Yoshi Ogawa started a business in the United States and was promoted using offshore production systems as a consultant for 12 years. Since 2017, as the president of NTQ Japan, he has realized the launch and stabilization of the business. He is currently in charge of strategic planning.

Trang, the Brand and Communication Manager, joined NTQ in 2021 with extensive experience in branding, vision, and mission alignment. Successful projects underline her role in fostering a favorable brand perception among clients, partners, and candidates. Her expertise and dedication have played a crucial role in shaping NTQ’s image, communication strategies, and alignment with the company’s vision and mission, setting a remarkable example for her colleagues.

Joining in 2019, Ngan (Kimmi) is an NTQ Europe Business Development Manager. With her exceptional skills and dedication, she has played a pivotal role in securing numerous contracts with major European clients and partners.
