NTQ Korea Celebrated its 5th Anniversary With A New Aspiration Towards Globalization Journey!

On 14th November in Seoul (Korea), NTQ Korea organized a special party to celebrate its 5th anniversary with the participation of NTQ’s members, leaders/managers, and more than 50 esteemed clients, partners, and representatives from associations & Vietnam embassy in Korea.

Founded during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, NTQ Korea has shown resilience and determination to overcome challenges to establish a strong foothold in South Korea. The year 2024 marks a significant milestone as NTQ Korea closes a remarkable half-decade of growth while gearing up for a new journey with even greater ambitions.

This aspiration was embodied in the event’s theme, “Global Collaboration”, a core strategic pillar for NTQ Korea. Reflecting on the journey so far, Mr. Pham Thai Son, CEO of NTQ Solution, shared that NTQ Korea’s impressive achievements stem from the effective implementation of this strategy across its business and service development activities.

NTQ Korea’s 5-year journey was one of the special features across +150 media channels, affirming the company’s effort to build a reputation and enhance capabilities in a competitive landscape.

On 21st November 2024, NTQ Korea participated in the 2024 Vietnam – Korea Digital Forum – One of the activities within the scope of Vietnam International Digital Week 2024. Ms. Nguyen Minh Trang, Brand Manager of NTQ Solution, delivered a speech that presented unique perspectives on market insights, strategies & factors that help NTQ to leverage its position in Korean & global markets.

This success is highlighted through Global Collaboration – One of NTQ’s strategies to help clients leverage competitive advantage on both domestic & global scales through leveraging the company’s key strength. On November 14, 2024, as part of the 5th-anniversary celebration of NTQ Korea, NTQ Solution signed a strategic partnership agreement with aim systems – Korea’s leading provider in automation solutions for manufacturers. The MoU remarks a significant leap of NTQ Solution in globalization strategy, affirming its commitment towards leveraging digital transformation for businesses & organizations worldwide.

Upon agreement, NTQ Solution & aim systems will cooperate to research & develop solutions that integrate smart factory, automation to improve efficiency for manufacturers. Through combining core competencies and global networks, both companies aim to introduce breakthrough solutions to key markets worldwide, with Vietnam and SEA as one of the target regions.

The Green Sower – NTQ’s Special Tribute to 100 internal Trainers That Host 10,430 Training Hours

On the occasion of Vietnam Teachers’ Day, November 20th, NTQ hosted a special appreciation ceremony for our internal trainers – the “Green Sowers” who play a vital role in building and spreading a culture of learning, inspiring members to improve and grow every day continuously.

Our trainers’ relentless efforts and enthusiasm have led NTQ to impressive achievements. In 2024 alone, NTQ has successfully organized over 100 training sessions, totaling more than 10,430 learning hours, with the participation of nearly 100 trainers and 300 learners. These remarkable numbers reflect how knowledge-sharing and training activities have become an indispensable part of NTQ’s culture and DNA.
