Global Collaboration – The Path to Asian Enterprises’ Success in the Global Market!

Global Collaboration CEO Talk

On April 18th, at the Asia-Pacific Innovation & Technology (APIT) Summit 2025, Mr. Pham Thai Son, CEO of NTQ, left a strong impression with his talk on the topic “Global Collaboration for Business Resilience.” His insights provided a practical perspective on the challenges and opportunities for businesses looking to expand globally, offering valuable ideas for enhancing competitive advantages and strengthening their positions in international markets.

At the beginning of his presentation, Mr. Pham Thai Son emphasized that global collaboration is an inevitable trend in the era of globalization, serving as a critical “link” to maintain stable connectivity and trade amid volatility. This viewpoint is also based on the needs of the partner businesses and customers NTQ has recently worked with. While global expansion presents opportunities to boost competitive advantages, companies also face significant challenges during the initial market expansion phase. Mr. Pham highlighted issues such as resource and investment shortages, cultural and language barriers, and gaps in information regarding local legalities and security. These factors can make globalization strategies costly and risky if not properly prepared.

In this context, many businesses, including NTQ and its partners, have proactively defined suitable international collaboration models as a vital strategy to overcome barriers and drive sustainable expansion. By leveraging its expertise and diverse global resources, NTQ serves as a key “link” to help customers and partners achieve four main objectives: Leveraging Global Resources and Technology for Local business growth domestically, Expand Global Markets (Vietnam, Japan, US, Korea, APAC, EU) through NTQ’s International Networks, Leverage R&D and Technologies for Business Breakthrough & Reduce Market Dependency and Mitigate Geopolitical Risks

Japanese Enterprises Impressed By The Operational Efficiency of Next-Gen ODC™ Model

Recently, NTQ Japan successfully organized a series of exclusive workshops for its valued enterprise clients and partners in Japan. With the topic “Next-Gen ODC™ – Powered by GenAI,” NTQ Japan representatives shared various aspects of the Offshore Development Center (ODC) model and how NTQ has developed its proprietary Next-Gen ODC™ model to optimize processes, timelines, and quality.

NTQ Japan representatives emphasized that the Next-Gen ODC™ model can be implemented with up to twice the speed, achieving scalability up to 2-6 times more efficiently than the traditional model. To accomplish this, the implementation and operation processes for Next-Gen ODC™ have been significantly improved thanks to NTQ’s extensive implementation experience and proprietary processes, along with the implementation of the NxUniverse ecosystem.

Most of the invited businesses and partners were impressed by the model’s advantages and expressed a strong interest in collaborating with NTQ Japan to apply Next-Gen ODC™. This is a clear testament to the importance of thorough investment and a deep understanding of international business needs across various industries, which is the key to NTQ Japan’s success, along with other NTQ branches globally, in building diverse solution ecosystems that meet the varied needs of global enterprises.
