Aside from dedicating to multiple working tasks, learning & sharing is a powerful driver that connects NTQ-ers. Realizing the importance of knowledge in an ever-changing world, NTQ focuses on nurturing an organization where every individual is given a handful of opportunities to access new ways of thinking, equip necessary skills, and leverage intelligence to strengthen productivity & empower long-term career growth. 

From navigating mindset skills, language courses, and book sharing to certificate training, our priority is to build learning programs that cover the needs of every employee across departments, rather than a single focus on technical skills improvement. In this process, our employees are not just the listeners. They are encouraged to share what they learn, and the knowledge they excel the most with other colleagues to stay growing together.

A community of active learners

In a fast-paced world with endless movement of new emerging trends, life-long learning is a crucial part of every individual’s growth. Learning knowledge helps people nurture open mindsets, make decisions better, and strengthen readiness to overcome difficult challenges at work & life. 

That’s the foundational belief behind our action to nurture a community where everyone is encouraged to be a better version of themselves. Over the past years, NTQ has maintained a consistent frequency of internal training activities for all members across the globe. 10,000 hours of training, 3500 participants are the average figures that demonstrate NTQ as a vibrant community of active learners.

Where learners can become sharers

We believe that every member has the potential to grow and share knowledge, creating a dynamic and collaborative learning environment. An NTQ-er might start as a learner today, but with the right support and opportunities, they could very well become an internal lecturer tomorrow. 

In 2024 alone, more than 100 NTQ-ers volunteered to share their valuable insights and expertise with their colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. This initiative not only empowers individuals to take ownership of their learning journey but also strengthens the bonds within our organization, making NTQ a truly connected and innovative community.

Diversity in learning 

Learning at NTQ is not only about expanding accessibility but also about offering diverse content tailored to our learners’ needs. Beyond mastering core competencies, every NTQ-er is encouraged to acquire additional skills to maximize workplace efficiency. This approach ensures that our team members are not only prepared for their current roles but also equipped to seize future growth opportunities.

To embrace diversity, we provide learning opportunities for all employee levels, catering to individual needs. For freshers, we offer the NTQ Fresh Program, designed for final-year students or recent graduates embarking on careers in the IT industry. This program is tailored to various positions such as BrSE, Developer, Business Analyst, and Business Development. By participating in these specialized programs, freshers gain access to a wealth of learning experiences through real-world projects with global clients, along with foundational training from experienced professionals.

For executives at all levels, from junior to senior, NTQ focuses on enhancing skills to thrive in diverse environments, including language proficiency, collaboration, and fostering a global mindset. For technical roles, NTQ offers training courses that provide essential certifications from leading providers such as Microsoft, AWS, and Outsystems. As part of our investment in human resources, we have also developed an exclusive online hub featuring more than 300 high-quality courses from top global platforms like Udemy, supporting the lifelong learning needs of our team.

In addition to supporting our executive team, we place a strong emphasis on leadership and management development. Through a series of coaching and training programs annually, we aim to nurture the next generation of leaders and managers who are equipped with the skills to inspire others, drive innovation, and effectively navigate complex challenges.

Cooperation for future talents, contribution to tech community 

As a part of our commitment towards leveraging Vietnam tech talents, we have been coordinating with national universities & colleagues to provide numerous training & workshop sessions that equip students necessary knowledge, skills & experiences to prepare for future IT careers. This includes numerous initiatives tailored to the seniority of students, including: 

  • First-year students: Sponsor students’ extracurricular activities and orientation day. 
  • Second-year students: Offering company tours, mentoring, and specialized workshops in IT and related fields, providing students with hands-on insights.
  • Third-year students: Offering guidance on resume writing, interview techniques, and career readiness. Additionally, NTQ provides free CV revisions to support job applications.
  • Final-year students: The specialized fresher program provides 100% support for technical training, enhancing skills like TOJ, and offering career development opportunities through exposure to real work environments.

NTQ’s strategy for developing future talent focuses on actively supporting student initiatives and fostering the growth of young professionals in the field of IT. The company sponsors cultural events such as Korea Day and Japanese Language Night, and supports IT startup competitions like Tech Spark and Hackon AI. Additionally, NTQ backs national and international technology competitions, including the Vietnam National Olympiad in Informatics and the Robocon competition. The company also plays an active role in shaping the academic landscape by contributing to IT-related contests as exam setters and judges, as well as mentoring students through scientific research conferences. NTQ further enhances its partnership with educational institutions by offering professional development opportunities, such as providing 100% funding for short-term Cloud training courses.

Over the past years, our experts hosted several workshops for students, notably including Monolithic & MicroService sharing by Mr. Le The Dai Duong at VNU University of Engineering and Technology, “How to learn faster than others” workshop at Hanoi University of Industry, and career mentoring session for Korean language students at University of Language and International Studies (ULIS)  

Aside from nurturing future talents, improving educational quality for lecturers is one of the critical focuses. Last month, NTQ participated in a knowledge-sharing session with lecturers from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, offering insights on advanced technologies and sharing practical experiences from global projects to help bridge the gap between academia and industry, and guide students toward promising career paths.

Cultivate reading culture

Apart from learning & sharing, reading is another healthy habit to nurture individuals’ capabilities. To encourage this, we’ve established a special library that goes beyond just a collection of books; it’s a resource hub designed to ignite reading habits and inspire knowledge-seeking behaviors among all team members. Our library is stocked with up-to-date, high-quality books on a wide range of insightful topics, including industry trends, soft skills development, leadership, innovation, and business strategies.

By providing access to these resources, we empower our employees to enhance their capabilities and deepen their understanding of both their specific fields and broader business contexts. This initiative catalyzes personal development, enabling NTQ-ers to improve their skill sets, boost their productivity, and foster continuous learning. Ultimately, this library is not just about reading, it’s about equipping every member with the knowledge they need to thrive in their current roles and to excel in their future career paths. We believe that by cultivating a strong reading culture, we are setting the stage for long-term success and creating a more knowledgeable, adaptable workforce prepared for the challenges of tomorrow.
