20th November has always been a traditional day in Vietnam to honor teachers, lecturers, and all individuals who dedicate themselves to sharing and nurturing knowledge. As continuous learning becomes an essential norm in today’s fast-changing world, their role extends far beyond schools and classrooms, becoming a key pillar that fosters an organization powered by knowledge, connected through learning and sharing, and shaped by a collective spirit of growing beyond.

Trainers’ Day – A Special Praise To NTQ’s Passionate Trainers 

At NTQ, the culture of learning and sharing has always been vibrant and active, led by the many mentors, coaches, trainers, and knowledge sharers across our teams. From internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops to hands-on guidance in daily work, these individuals continuously inspire others to grow, improve, and push their limits. Their dedication is what keeps NTQ moving forward: Smarter, Stronger, and United every day. 

Amidst the celebration of Vietnam’s Teachers’ Day, NTQ hosted a special event, “Trainers’ Day,” to honor the contributions of more than … NTQ-ers who have been nurturing a culture of active learning and knowledge-sharing across the organization. These are the individuals who quietly yet consistently bring meaningful value:  Helping others enhance their skills, elevate productivity, and strengthen professional competencies day by day.

The event was held in a warm and meaningful atmosphere, filled with heartfelt messages, gratitude, and thoughtful gifts, not only to express appreciation but also to recognize the invaluable impact these trainers have made on our collective growth.
