NxUniverse – NTQ’s AI Ecosystem – Remarked Strong Impressions at the Vietnam Science and Technology Day

On 16th May, NTQ had the honor of being one of the leading companies participating in the National Science & Technology Day on May 18, organized by the Ministry of Science & Technology (MoST). The event was held in celebration of Vietnam Science & Technology Day (May 18), highlighting the responsibility and acknowledging the contributions of the scientific and technological community to the development of the nation’s economy and society. Numerous delegates, government leaders, and representatives from various ministries and sectors attended the event.

At the event, the NTQ team demonstrated the personalization and automation capabilities in knowledge management, translation, programming, and more, within the NxUniverse ecosystem. These tools do not operate in isolation but interact seamlessly, maximizing their effectiveness in practical applications. Additionally, NTQ experts emphasized that NxUniverse has been and continues to deliver significant value to businesses and organizations, especially Global Development Centers (GDCs).

The exhibition booth welcomed esteemed guests from the government & ministries, including the Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung and the Minister of Information & Technology – Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung. NxUniverse was highly praised for its practical applications and creative approach to technology, showcasing a potential to become initatives that boosts productivity for ministries and government agencies. NTQ reaffirmed its readiness to support and collaborate with agencies in the digital transformation process, contributing to the goal of developing a national digital economy, thus creating sustainable value and driving innovation across all sectors.

NTQ & TIA Solution To Sign MoU in Leveraging Smart Factory Solutions

On May 27th in Hanoi, NTQ and TIA Solution signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote research activities and the development of smart factory solutions. This collaboration marks a significant step for NTQ in its strategy to scale up its capabilities and technical expertise, meeting the digital transformation needs of businesses in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

NTQ’s partner, TIA Solution, is a South Korea-based company specializing in providing diverse solutions for smart factory development, including the application of MES, LMS, and MMS systems for production management, as well as integrating IoT solutions to improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and detect anomalies in systems. TIA Solution’s solutions are currently being implemented in major corporations such as Hyundai, KIA, as well as manufacturing systems in countries like the United States, India, and Brazil.

The signing with TIA Solution will lay the foundation for NTQ to continue strengthening its strategy to diversify solutions and services tailored to the specific needs of various sectors. This strategy demonstrates NTQ’s strong commitment to developing technologies that help businesses achieve sustainable growth, effective innovation, and enhanced competitive advantages in the market.

Breakthrough in Global Collaboration – Insights and Practical Lessons from CEO NTQ for Vietnamese Digital Enterprises

On May 28th, at the Vietnam-Asia DX Summit 2025, Mr. Pham Thai Son, CEO of NTQ, was one of the speakers at the fireside chat on the topic “Collaboration Between Solution Providers and IT Outsourcing Enterprises to Bring Vietnamese Technology Solutions to the Global Market.” During his session, NTQ’s CEO shared practical insights and experiences from NTQ’s approach to international markets, emphasizing the effectiveness of the Global Collaboration strategy.

On May 22nd, NTQ successfully held a special Sales Conference exclusively for its market development team – a critical force that bridges NTQ’s products and services to potential clients worldwide. The Sales Conference was not just a knowledge-sharing session, but also a platform for members to exchange and share experiences, identify core strengths, and determine the effective approach to market development. This enables NTQ to provide effective service solutions, foster excellent service experiences, and leverage its market engagement strategies.

This is considered one of the key objectives within NTQ’s transformation from an outsourcing model to a Global IT Service Provider, requiring members to improve their approach to service delivery and implementation. In the past month, NTQ Europe’s representatives accomplished a business trip in Europe, where they captured insightful opportunities to connect, exchange and explore potential collaboration in digital transformation with top-notch EU businesses.

On 16th May, NTQ Europe was honored to be invited to the Austria-Vietnam High-Technology and Innovation Forum 2025– A special event hosted by the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC) and The Austrian Economic Chambers (WKO) to promote strategic cooperation in digital transformation, technology innovation & building a sustainable collaborative ecosystem between Vietnam and Austria. Our NTQ Europe’s CEO – Mr. Phil Tran, delivered a speech featuring the Vietnam IT Landscape, and NTQ approach to leverage this advantage to deliver exceptional value to EU enterprises through the tailored Next Gen Devcenter model.

Here at the event, NTQ Europe had the opportunity to connect with many prominent enterprises in the region, engaging in discussions about emerging tech trends worldwide.
