On July 4th, at the Tokyo Innovation Base, NTQ Japan successfully hosted the seminar “Next-Gen ODC™: Generative AI Technology Experience and Vietnamese Cultural Exchange,” attracting representatives from over 80 Japanese enterprises. Far beyond a typical tech collaboration seminar, the event left a lasting impression with hands-on experiences and a unique blend of Vietnamese and Japanese cultural exchange.
The seminar began with in-depth insights from NTQ Japan experts on how to build efficient Offshore Development processes and establish sustainable, long-term relationships with the Offshore team. From there, the Next-Gen ODC™ model was introduced as a significant evolution, delivering 2–6x improvement in performance compared to the traditional Offshore Development Centers (ODC) model, thanks to the core strengths:
These factors not only formulate the way Next-Gen ODC™ operates but also reflects NTQ Japan’s distinctive approach in combining technology, human resources, and knowledge management to enable impactful, high-value cooperation with clients.
Following the presentations, attendees had the opportunity to engage directly with NTQ experts, explore real-life AI applications, and discuss emerging trends in the field. Discussions also focused on how AI tools can be practically integrated to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity across industries — helping businesses move from digital aspirations to tangible transformation.
In addition to the deep dive into technology, the event also offered memorable cultural experiences, allowing guests to explore the beauty of Vietnamese traditions through handcrafted gifts and curated items, all prepared with care by NTQ Japan.
This interweaving of cutting-edge technology and cultural authenticity added a unique, human-centered touch, helping to foster deeper, more meaningful connections between NTQ and Japanese enterprises, not just in business, but also in shared values and mutual understanding.
The positive feedback from participants is a clear testament to the growing appeal of the Next-Gen ODC™ model. The success of the event also lays the groundwork for NTQ Japan’s next chapter: continuing to host programs that seamlessly blend technology, digital transformation (DX), and cultural experiences — fostering stronger connections, sharing knowledge, and supporting businesses on their journey toward sustainable growth.
