NTQ Breaks Ground NTQ Tower Office Building – A Boost To Tech Infrastructure

Hanoi, April 3 – The groundbreaking ceremony for the NTQ Tower office building was officially held, welcoming the presence of numerous representatives from associations, government authorities, and NTQ leadership.

The new office building is expected to be the NTQ’s future strategic hub & international standard headquarters, contributing to leveraging the corporation’s collaboration, innovation, working environment & security compliance that is on par with leading tech enterprises worldwide.

A New Boost from Infrastructure

Strategically located along the Hồ Tây – Ba Vì development corridor, NTQ Tower is built on a land area of over 3,626 m², comprising 26 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. The total gross floor area (excluding basements and technical floors) reaches approximately 35,484 m². With a total investment exceeding VND 1,000 billion, the project is envisioned as an international-standard complex of technology offices and commercial services.

NTQ Tower prioritizes functional optimization, flexible space planning, and the integration of advanced technological solutions, while ensuring strict compliance with building management regulations and safety standards. In addition, the project aims to foster a green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly workspace aligned with global trends in technology office developments.
