Therefore, this July, Mr. Son Pham – CEO of NTQ Solution – had a 2-week work trip through Korea-Singapore-Indonesia and achieved many positive results. Let’s listen to his share about this trip and his achievements!
Q: What are the purposes of this trip?
Mr. Son Pham: NTQ Solution always attaches importance to cooperation with global companies; therefore, this work trip has three main goals:
1 – Tighten the relationship between NTQ Solution and our customers; hence, find a way to cooperate more profoundly, comprehensively, and create more value.
2 – Build a good relationship between NTQ Solution with our potential customers, and express our professional capacity, professional working style, and passion.
3 – Evaluate the recovery of global companies after Covid-19 and the market potential.
Q: What are your achievements on this trip?
Mr. Son Pham: This work trip achieved all BOD set targets.
1 – NTQ Solution had meetings with many large companies, including our existing and potential customers. In those meetings, we listened to their demands and shared our directions; therefore, we tightened our relationship and discussed better cooperation to create more value for both. For example, NTQ Solution is going to be the strategic partner with a leading corporation in Korea (their market value is about 334 billion KRW) as an IT Outsourcing service provider with the advanced ODC model.
2 – NTQ showed our professionalism, competence, and passion to potential customers to open more cooperation opportunities. NTQ is now the brightest name for the strategic partner position of some prominent firms in Korea, Singapore, and Indonesia, especially those aiming to develop their business in the Vietnamese market and find a partner with high potency, capacity, and deep market knowledge.
3 – In the dental industry, NTQ introduced our DentalFlow solution to many large clinics and received many positive feedbacks. The potency of exporting DentalFlow solution is prominent.

Q: What are the customers’ evaluations of NTQ Solution for now?
Mr. Son Pham: One thing I highly evaluated on this trip is many global companies, who haven’t worked with NTQ before, have heard about us and have good impressions. It proves the excellent performance of NTQ Solution in technology capacity, professional working style, and our “wow” services and “World-class” products delivered to our customers.
Besides, in the working process, there might be some issues that we need to improve. And that’s also why I organize this trip to listen directly to clients to see our deficiencies and improve promptly. So that NTQ can deliver our best with “wow” services and “World-class” products to all the customers.
“Vietnam, which has abundant IT talents and low fees, has become the ideal place for Korean companies to find an IT partner to boost their business activities and reduce production costs. Indeed, I met some large Korean companies on the last trip, and they all showed their expectations to cooperate strongly with NTQ in the future.”
Q: What do you think about NTQ’s development potential in those markets?
Mr. Son Pham: Korea is the crucial market that NTQ focuses on developing in the third 5-year strategy plan. It comes mainly from Korea’s intense wave of technology development and the massive lack of high-quality human resources in this field. And Vietnam, which has abundant IT talents and low fees, has become the ideal place for Korean companies to find an IT partner to boost their business activities and reduce production costs. Indeed, I met some large Korean companies on the last trip, and they all showed their expectations to cooperate strongly with NTQ in the future.
NTQ has a substantial competitive advantage in this market because we showed our professional capacities and working style through our “World-class” products and services. We also built a branch with professional customer service in Korea. In contrast, only a few Vietnamese companies provide IT services for the Korean market, and the number of those having professional customer service as NTQ is much fewer.
Besides, NTQ sees potential in Singapore and Indonesia markets. We plan to introduce our products and services in these two countries and help our partners to deploy their products in Vietnam. The BFSI field is developing strongly in Indonesia, and NTQ is cooperating with TCS to develop the TCS BaNCS solution for companies in this field. Or in Singapore, many firms highly evaluate NTQ and expect to cooperate with us soon.

Q: What are your directions for NTQ’s development in those markets?
Mr. Pham: In the next 4 years, NTQ Solution aims to develop our Korean branch into a core branch with a strong market foothold. NTQ also actively studies and applies new technologies such as AI, Cloud, Blockchain, and Simulation to expand our cooperation opportunities. The great news is many companies are welcome to support and share knowledge with NTQ. Upcoming, we will organize special training programs for our Korean team, including “Learning advanced Korean for production team”, “Abroad training for excellent engineers”, and “Operation and Technical training for every customer”.
In Singapore and Indonesia, NTQ focuses on building cooperative relationships with large firms to introduce our “World-class” products and services and help partners deploy and develop their products in Vietnam.
