NTQ’s Journey To Spark Tech Passion For Young Generation

Knowledge only becomes truly valuable when it is shared. That is the spirit of sharing for growth that NTQ has always pursued. Beyond building technology products, NTQ actively contributes to improving the quality of Vietnam’s IT workforce and narrowing the gap between academia and industry. It also creates learning opportunities for young talents to foster the sustainable development of the tech ecosystem – a mission that resonates especially as we approach Vietnam Teachers’ Day (November 20), a moment to honor the educators whose guidance shapes and inspires the next generation of tech leaders

The Spirit of Sharing for Development

In its journey of spreading knowledge and contributing to the tech–education community, NTQ continuously implements training collaboration programs with many reputable universities. A significant example is the series of specialized sharing sessions conducted under the cooperation with the University of Transport Technology (UTT) within the MOU and the project “Network of Centers for Excellence in Transport Technology and Intelligent Infrastructure.” Here, NTQ experts directly teach updated topics such as “AI Applications in Intelligent Transportation” for students in IT and Information Systems. These activities not only help students access practical knowledge from industry professionals but also contribute to building high-quality human resources in key technological fields.

Alongside training collaborations, NTQ promotes Company Tour programs for students from universities such as NEU, East Asia University of Technology, UTT, FTU, and international institutions. These hands-on visits help students understand the tech enterprise environment, gain insights from NTQ leaders on careers, trends, and essential skills, with each event hosting 30–50 participants. 

Notably, NTQ has successfully extended tours to international students, including the 2023 “NTQ Beyond: Global Journey” that impressed Swiss participants, and the 2024 FHNW tour where over 30 Swiss students experienced Generative AI demos and MakebyNTQ AI Tools like NxDev, NxSales, and NxTools. These initiatives bridge academia and global business, nurturing young talent while highlighting NTQ’s innovative, supportive image in the tech community.

The Journey of Inspiring Through the Minds of NTQ Technologists

Behind these knowledge-sharing programs are the Tech Managers and NTD technology experts – professionals who have dedicated many years to the field and are always ready to share their understanding with the community. Mr. Nguyen Van Nha – Head of NTQ AI, who always focuses on bringing practical knowledge to students. Similarly, Do Van Ben emphasizes learning through building real products, while Le The Dai Duong and Hoang Xuan Nguyen, as leaders in cloud and strategic technology, devote time to mentoring the younger generation as part of their responsibility to the industry. They bring real case studies, DevOps workflows, cloud migration, AI ops, IoT, and security-everything derived from NTQ’s real projects.

For them, teaching is not only about sharing but also an opportunity for self-learning and self-improvement. When they step into the classroom, they must reorganize their knowledge, update new information, and continually think about how to explain complex concepts in the clearest way. Therefore, each training session not only benefits the students but also helps NTQ experts sharpen their technical thinking, enhance their analytical capabilities, and become thought leaders in their fields.

For students, they not only absorb new knowledge but also better understand what they need to prepare to enter a Global IT environment—from code quality and teamwork to Agile mindset. Universities gain insight into practical gaps, and the connection between business and education becomes stronger. Within just a few months at the end of 2025, NTQ successfully organized 5 programs, reaching hundreds of students from 5 universities and receiving highly positive feedback for practicality and career relevance.
