On February 26th in Hanoi, NTQ and Vietnam Post Logistics officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU was held in NTQ’s headquarters, with participation & witness of both companies’ leadership board and representatives.
This milestone marks a shared commitment between the two organizations to co-research, develop, and integrate advanced digital solutions, aiming to accelerate the transformation of the logistics sector toward smarter, more scalable, and sustainable operations. Additionally, this collaboration will be a vital driver for NTQ’s fourth five-year strategy for the 2026–2031 period, with a platform-first & capability-driven lever as the core engines for long-term growth ahead.
The MoU signifies the combination of NTQ’s global expertise and technological capabilities, along with Vietnam Post Logistics’ comprehensive logistics ecosystem. With the ongoing evolution of the global supply chain and the emergence of new technological innovations, the need to modernize logistics operations has become a critical factor for businesses seeking to streamline processes, enhance resilience, and sustain long-term growth. This collaboration is expected to tackle these rising demands, laying the groundwork for a smarter, more adaptive logistics ecosystem.
According to the MoU, NTQ & Vietnam Post Logistics’s collaboration consists of co-researching & developing integrated digital solutions across various areas, aiming towards leveraging productivity and fostering next-generation logistics capabilities. One of the key focuses includes the integration of AI in optimizing logistics processes, inventory management, predictive analytics, improving customer experience through automated & real-time response, service personalization, and behavior analysis. In addition, the partnership will extend to enabling global e-commerce expansion by integrating AI-driven fulfillment solutions, optimizing cross-border logistics operations, and developing scalable digital platforms that support the international e-commerce ecosystem and empower Vietnamese enterprises to access global markets.
To realize this vision, the collaboration aims to leverage the digital logistics landscape through diverse opportunities, including exchanging expertise, delivering training sessions, R&D initiatives, and exploring potential partnerships to co-create & execute potential product, solution & service models. Both companies expect the collaboration to catalyze fostering a new framework for digital logistics, with capabilities to be scalable & deep integrated into both domestic & international digital ecosystems.
