NxNote for Conference Accomplished Mission At ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting

Recently, the 6th ASEAN Digital Ministers’ Meeting (ADGMIN) – A prominent regional event focusing on digital transformation and the advancement of digital cooperation strategies across ASEAN – was officially held in Hanoi. The conference brought together Ministers in charge of information and digital affairs from ASEAN member states, the ASEAN Secretary-General, along with major delegates and partners from both domestic and international organizations.

At this year’s meeting, NxNote for Conference, an intelligent  Real-time AI Speech-to-text Assistant developed by NTQ, was implemented during the opening ceremony and official sessions. All major speeches delivered during the opening ceremony, including those by the Minister of Science and Technology, the Prime Minister, the ASEAN Secretary-General, representatives of the United Nations, and other senior leaders and distinguished delegates, were fully and accurately captured by NxNote. During thematic sessions on policy frameworks, cooperation mechanisms, and the growth potential of the ASEAN digital market, NxNote continued to demonstrate outstanding performance by effectively processing large volumes of complex, multidimensional, and highly specialized information that required rapid, precise, and systematic documentation.

NxNote also showcased flexible and natural language processing capabilities by directly extracting content in English, while simultaneously supporting automatic translation from Vietnamese into English to serve international delegates.
