On June 23rd, NTQ Japan was invited to share its expertise at a distinguished event held in Tokyo, Japan, focusing on key aspects of the new-generation Offshore Development Center (Next-gen ODC) model.

NTQ Japan’s presentation provided a deep dive into how value can be optimized within the Offshore Development Center (ODC) model, using the Next-gen ODC framework. This model is built on three core pillars: the application of Generative AI in knowledge management and transfer, advanced automation tools, and practical experience gained from managing hundreds of large-scale ODC projects.

With this approach, the speed of establishing a Next-gen ODC is doubled, and scalability increases by 2-6 times compared to traditional ODC models. This significant improvement is attributed to the integration of knowledge transfer methods, productivity enhancements, and operational quality improvements that ensure maximum efficiency.

In addition to automation solutions, the “resource” factor plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation of the Next-gen ODC model. For every project, NTQ Japan focuses on building dedicated teams of experts who possess not only technical and engineering capabilities but also a deep understanding of local language and culture.
