NTQ Japan has officially joined the partner network of Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) – a flagship initiative launched by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to nurture and accelerate global innovation. As a vibrant hub that gathers hundreds of leading companies, organizations, and associations in and beyond Japan, TIB aims to empower startups in realizing their ideas, accessing investment opportunities, and scaling their businesses.
This milestone affirms NTQ Japan’s commitment towards accompanying local businesses, governments in harnessing practical values to various initiatives of supporting the innovators, while enabling the gate to enhance the cross-border collaboration in the field of technology innovation, entrepreneurship & start-up, including Vietnam & Japan.
Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) is a flagship initiative by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, aimed at fostering a startup-friendly ecosystem and attracting technological and innovation-driven resources from around the world. TIB functions as a multifunctional startup hub, serving as a creative workspace, event venue, and a platform that connects startups, innovators with hundreds of experienced mentors, large corporations, investment funds, and local authorities.
TIB supports startups and entrepreneurs at every stage, from empowering youth and students, to helping startups scale globally. It fosters a collaborative ecosystem that connects startups with governments, corporations, and academia, while also creating a vibrant platform that links people, ideas, and opportunities across borders.

Mr. Pham Thanh Nam, CEO of NTQ Japan & Vice President of VADX Japan Association, delivered a speech at the VADX Japan 2025 (Source: VADX Japan Facebook Fanpage)The VADX Innovation Day — a major innovation event organized by the Vietnamese Association of Digital Transformation in Japan (VADX Japan) — marked one of NTQ’s first significant milestones as an official partner of Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB). The event welcomed over 1,000 guests, including Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Chí Dũng and a high-level delegation from Vietnam, representatives from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, JETRO, METI, NIC & leaders from nearly 30 Japanese prefectures, as well as investors and leading tech enterprises in Japan.
NTQ Japan played a central role in initiating the concept, curating the content, and managing the entire event, from VC panel discussions and startup showcases to topic-specific panels and strategic networking sessions. TIB highly appreciates NTQ’s ability to bring a multidimensional perspective that effectively connects the startup ecosystems of Japan, Vietnam, and the global stage, in alignment with TIB’s mission of “Globalizing Innovation.”

On July 4, 2025, NTQ once again chose Tokyo Innovation Base (TIB) as the venue to introduce its exclusive Next Gen ODC™ model — a next-generation offshore collaboration strategy tailored for the Japanese market. The event attracted nearly 100 guests, including representatives from leading Japanese tech companies.
The Next Gen ODC™ model showcases how NTQ combines technological solutions with deep cultural and market insights to deliver an offshore approach that operates “like an in-house team.”
TIB praised the event for its vibrant and engaging format, as it combined a seminar on AI, an introduction to the Next Gen Offshore Development Center model, and a cultural exchange program highlighting Vietnamese heritage.
