NTQ Solution began the 1st month of 2024 with notable activities among the organization, with a dedicated spirit towards the Beyond Global journey. In prior to the Lunar New Year, we gathered to reflect on the past year’s journey and establish critical goals for the new year ahead. 

The cross-border project, as the name suggests, often involves multinational companies or enterprises, requiring IT experts to deeply understand regional differences in culture, language, and technology platforms. The project’s outcome should have a high level of synergy so that clients can effectively apply it to their operations in multiple markets simultaneously.

Taking Beyond Global as the core strategy, NTQ Solution has always considered the importance of investing in human resource development, a crucial strategy to enter new markets and leverage position in the global technology map.

As one of the core strategies to prepare for the establishment of a new entity in the EU, the business development team has just completed a 4-week business trip to the regions to explore the market, meet up with potential partners & clients and take part in one of the world’s largest tech exhibition.

At the beginning of April, NTQ Japan officially moved its’ office to a greater one at the heart of the Tokyo financial centre, marking a new milestone in the development journey. With the new office, NTQ Japan is getting access to the most dynamic economic area in Tokyo, increasing the opportunities to collaborate with top-tier Japanese enterprises & companies.

It has never been so clear for NTQ Solution to realize the goal of establishing its identity in the US market. In recent months, NTQ Solution’s leaders actively implemented various activities to explore opportunities in the US, including seeking potential partnerships & increasing its awareness in networking events. The attempts have opened up new opportunities for NTQ Solution to move further in the journey to expand business & set up new entities in this dynamic country.

That’s what Mr. Lanh Hai Long, Director of Business Development – Worldwide business of NTQ Solution, recaps from his 2-week trip to Thailand and Malaysia, where he had chances to meet & greet with more than 15 clients & partners, and took time to understand their current situations, the market landscape & some noticeable cultural identities.

To Mr. Pham Thai Son, CEO of NTQ Solution, each business trip leaves behind a handful of new lessons & experiences. In his recent trip to Japan earlier this year, he found that the market is changing in many aspects in terms of how Japanese firms evaluate the tech capacity of Vietnam companies, and different ideas to leverage the NTQ’s services further to match the current market needs.
