2. NTQ’s Move To Shine 2025: Running for Kindness

Nearly 8,000 kilometers have been collectively conquered by more than 150 NTQers in this year’s Move To Shine – NTQ’s long-standing internal running tradition. Among the runners were not only employees but also our CEO, Mr. Pham Thai Son, and many other managers, setting the pace for a culture of action, wellness, and compassion. More than just a sporting event, Move To Shine is a celebration of NTQ’s work-life culture — where “performing well” goes hand in hand with “living well.” It encourages every individual to stay active and healthy, while spreading kindness and a sense of shared social responsibility.

As of now, the fundraising total has surpassed [insert amount] VND, and the number will continue to grow as we work toward our goal of reaching 14,000 kilometers. 5. OUR DAY 14 – A Celebration of Pride

The emotional highlight of NTQ’s birthday month was Our Day 14 — a grand celebration held on June 13 under the theme “Techunity – Technology Connecting Communities.” The event lit up all six floors of NTQ’s offices simultaneously, gathering over 1,000 members in a vibrant, unforgettable celebration.

The workplace was transformed into a colorful festival space — echoing with laughter, heartfelt wishes, and inspiring stories reflecting on NTQ’s 14-year journey of building, growing, and dreaming big.

A particularly meaningful moment was the Lightkeeper Ceremony, honoring over 50 dedicated individuals who have been with NTQ for 5 to 10 years. These Lightkeepers have carried the flame of passion, perseverance, and loyalty through every chapter of NTQ’s development. Their enduring commitment has not only shaped NTQ’s culture — it has become a source of deep inspiration for current and future NTQers alike.
