Innovation Arena – Where NTQ-ers Come Together to Nurture Breakthrough Ideas

On June 9th, the “Innovation Arena” competition, one of the key highlights in celebration of NTQ’s 14th anniversary, was successfully held, gathering 13 teams from various departments and subsidiaries across the NTQ. True to its name, this arena was not just a space for intellectual challenges but a platform to discover practical, tech-driven ideas that can deliver real value in improving organizational performance and operational efficiency.

Reflecting this spirit, the participating teams were not limited to programmers or tech engineers. Members from non-tech departments also joined the competition, bringing forward ideas that addressed real business challenges across a wide range of functions, from recruitment and business development to brand experience and internal communications.

This diversity of perspectives led to a vibrant arena filled with well-rounded, highly practical solutions. With only 20 minutes per team to pitch their ideas, all teams pushed their limits to deliver compelling, creative presentations; many even supported by working demo products. NTQ’s leadership members served as judges, directly assessing the feasibility of each proposal and deciding whether the ideas could be invested in and implemented right after the event.

The competition went far beyond recognizing the best idea. It opened the door for potential initiatives to be brought to life. At NTQ, every effort counts, and through the direct involvement of senior leadership, the Innovation Arena exemplifies our belief in empowering internal creativity to optimize operations, maximize resources, and drive breakthrough transformations in this pivotal stage of growth.

More than just a competition, the Innovation Arena contributes to forming an open platform where every NTQ-er, regardless of role or seniority, is encouraged to proactively share ideas, contribute insights, and co-create breakthrough solutions for long-term growth.
