On 31st October in Hanoi, the workshop “Practical AI Applications for Enterprise Data Utilization” was successfully held, attracting the participation of numerous experts, managers, and executives from leading corporations and organizations in Vietnam. During the event, speakers from NTQ and iERP delivered insightful and practical perspectives on the strategic importance of data in today’s business landscape and how enterprises can leverage the power of AI to unlock data potential and enhance operational performance.

As data is increasingly regarded as the “backbone” of enterprise operations, the adoption of management and resource planning systems such as ERP, HRM, and CRM has become essential — not only for large corporations but also for small and medium-sized enterprises. Many organizations have proactively built centralized data platforms and integrated tools such as BI and dashboards to visualize performance and streamline management processes. However, fragmented data, slow updates, and costly processing continue to hinder enterprises from driving efficient decision-making processes and harnessing a competitive edge.

The emergence of AI technology is bringing tangible value, helping businesses overcome these challenges and maximize the efficiency of their data systems. According to experts, applying AI in data strategies can enable enterprises to make decisions 3–5 times faster, while reducing reporting and operational costs by up to 40%. This leads to more accurate forecasting, improved productivity, enhanced operational agility, and sustainability in long term.

However, the controlled and secure implementation of AI — ensuring data safety and minimizing potential security risks — remains a critical concern. From this perspective, the speakers emphasized AI On-Premise, an approach that enables businesses to leverage AI’s analytical power while maintaining full control and security over their internal data. According to experts, an ideal AI On-Premise model goes beyond simply optimizing existing data infrastructure. It ensures that AI systems are trained and customized under the highest security standards, capable of detecting and preventing deceptive commands, and, most importantly, can operate reliably and efficiently across diverse hardware environments — even without Internet connectivity. This serves as a prime example of how NTQ builds and develops AI On-Premise models that deliver high performance and long-term sustainable value for enterprises.

For businesses that are still in the early stages of AI adoption and not yet ready to invest in a full-scale On-premise infrastructure, experts also proposed practical development strategies — starting with simple, easy-to-implement use cases that can still generate significant transformational value.

To conclude the workshop, the experts highlight that the key to driving long-term success, regardless of integrating AI On-premise or any other emerging technologies, lies within the understanding of businesses about their unique characteristics of operation, the core aspects that can be improved, and the transformation roadmap with clear & optimized focus. Pursuing this approach helps businesses foster a solid foundation for an efficient digital infrastructure development, turning every bit of data, process and operational insights into a lever for long-term growth in development, capabilities, and flexibility in a modern context.
