On October 1, 2026, NTQ Korea participated in Vietnam – Korea Digital Forum 2026, held at the Embassy of Vietnam in the Republic of Korea. Bringing together businesses from both countries around shared interests in digital technology, the forum provided a platform for industry dialogue, business matching, and potential collaboration. Through solution showcases, networking activities, and a presentation by Ms. Pia Dang, CEO of NTQ Korea, NTQ reaffirmed the role of its overseas operations in connecting Vietnamese technology capabilities with the evolving needs of international markets.
Covering areas including AI, Semiconductors, Cloud, Data, Software, and Smart Factory, Vietnam–Korea Digital Forum 2026 highlighted opportunities for closer technology cooperation between Vietnamese and Korean enterprises. Alongside discussions on emerging technologies, its B2B Business Matching and networking activities created opportunities for participants to explore complementary strengths, exchange practical requirements, and identify potential areas of cooperation.
An important perspective emerging from the forum was the opportunity to look beyond conventional outsourcing arrangements. While access to skilled technology resources remains valuable, cross-border collaboration can also encompass joint solution development, research and development, proof-of-concept initiatives, and longer-term technology partnerships. Such approaches place greater emphasis on how partners work together to address business needs, rather than simply how they divide development tasks.
For NTQ, this perspective aligns with its approach to international market engagement: building relationships around both technology capabilities and the outcomes enterprises aim to achieve. As part of NTQ’s international network, NTQ Korea serves as a point of connection between technology teams in Vietnam and businesses in Korea seeking practical ways to adopt or scale digital solutions.
During the forum, NTQ Korea showcased selected technology solutions and joined discussions with members of the Vietnamese and Korean business communities. Through business matching and networking, the team connected with prospective partners, including enterprises interested in AI and Smart Factory applications.
These exchanges offered an opportunity to better understand the priorities and operational challenges of Korean businesses, while introducing areas in which NTQ can support technology development and implementation. The conversations created a starting point for exploring potential collaboration in the future.
Beyond individual business conversations, NTQ Korea’s participation reflects the broader role of NTQ’s overseas branches in commercial outreach and market development. By maintaining direct engagement with local business communities, these teams help connect market demand with delivery capabilities in Vietnam, laying the groundwork for more relevant and sustainable cross-border cooperation.
A key highlight of NTQ Korea’s participation was a presentation by Ms. Pia Dang, CEO of NTQ Korea, titled “From AI Capability to Business Impact.” Her session addressed a question increasingly relevant to businesses exploring AI adoption: How can technological capabilities translate into tangible operational value?
Ms. Pia emphasized the distinction between AI as a technology and AI transformation (AX) as a business journey. In this view, AI does not deliver its full potential simply by existing as a tool or standalone application. Its business value depends on how effectively it is integrated into established systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations.
She also highlighted the gap that can exist between technical capability and business outcomes. Closing that gap requires an understanding of specific business challenges, careful implementation, and alignment between the technology being deployed and the environment in which it will be used.
This changes what enterprises should expect from technology partners. Rather than acting only as vendors executing predefined requirements, partners can play a more active role in identifying problems, shaping suitable approaches, and working alongside businesses to put solutions into practice.
“Integration is where AI becomes business value,” Ms. Pia noted, summarizing the central message of her presentation.
Over the years, NTQ Korea has steadily strengthened its presence in the Korean market, establishing itself as a trusted technology partner to businesses such as Riman, Softbridge, and Softberry, among others. These relationships reflect NTQ Korea’s continued efforts to build long-term partnerships, understand local market demands, and connect Korean enterprises with technology capabilities from Vietnam.
Backed by NTQ’s global workforce of over 1,500 technology professionals, extensive cross-industry expertise, and an established network of international offices and partners, NTQ Korea continues to strengthen its capabilities across key technology domains, including AI, Smart Factory, Digital Transformation, and Cloud Transformation. By combining global delivery capabilities with local market insights, NTQ Korea aims to bring greater value to Korean enterprises while reinforcing the presence and contribution of Vietnamese technology in the market. Through this direction, NTQ seeks to further its role as a bridge for technology cooperation, fostering stronger connections and long-term partnerships between the Vietnamese and Korean business communities.
NTQ Korea’s participation in Vietnam–Korea Digital Forum 2026 is a clear reflection of this commitment. By actively engaging in business networking, technology exchanges, and cross-border collaboration initiatives, NTQ Korea continues to connect Vietnamese technological expertise with international market opportunities, contributing to a stronger and more collaborative technology ecosystem between Vietnam and South Korea.
