DX Summit 2022 – Solutions For IT Resources In Vietnam

On May 25 & 26, the Vietnam – Asia DX Summit 2022 with the theme “Digital Transformation Synergy – Digital Economy Development” come successfully closed after 2 days of the organization.

The summit consisted of 24 sessions with the participation of more than 150 speakers who are representatives from leading IT companies in Vietnam. This year, the summit attracted more than 2,500 participants in person and more than 10,000 online.

At the seminar, Mr. Pham Thai Son, representing NTQ Solution, assessed Vietnam’s IT people resources’ current position, difficulties, and development potential. Thereby, he shared training and management personnel solutions based on NTQ Solution’s more than 11 years of experience.

“The transformation and development of digital human resources are one of Vietnam’s largest challenges” – Mr. Pham Thai Son noted – “The difficulty is IT staff shortage in higher value process in ICT production (e.i. Concept, R&D,…), and talent retention. Furthermore, the cost control and personnel management at the Manufacturing stage are proposing great problems. Focus on training and developing IT talents, as well as investing in research, embracing new technology, and using adaptive models are all critical to overcoming these obstacles.”
