Switzerland Students Visited NTQ Solution’s Office, Got Impressed By The Story of “Beyond Global”

On April 7, NTQ Solution was thriving to welcome students and lecturers from the University of Applied Sciences of Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) to visit our Hanoi office in their “exploreASEAN” program, a project designed exclusively for senior students of FHNW to broaden their insights about the business landscape at ASEAN countries through on–site trips.

During the 2-hour visit, they had the opportunity to explore the home of more than 1000 IT experts and listen to the inspiring journey of “Beyond Global” of NTQ Solution.

Through the presentation of Ms. Nguyen Minh Trang, Brand Manager of NTQ Solution, The Swiss guests were particularly impressed by how NTQ Solution conquered global markets just 12 years after its establishment. They also learned some unique facts about Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing tech hubs in Asia, through a wide range of market statistics, the relationship of the country with others in the world, and the current state of the IT workforce and ease of doing/establishing a business.

The students were divided into groups and spent an hour walking through the offices under the guidance of NTQ-er, from discovering the working areas of different departments to understanding the roles of each team. They had a chance to visit the R&D lab, the home of many successful exported products, including iLuton, Solar Box and E-sensor… They took some opportunities to talk & discuss with some of our dedicated IT experts to learn more about their jobs at NTQ Solution.

The company trip showcased NTQ Solution’s friendly environment and world-class professional services, leaving a lasting impression on Swiss students. Through this short office tour, students not only understood NTQ Solution further but also had an overview of the IT Landscape in Vietnam, along with some critical lessons about a strategy for successful business development in general.

“It’s hard to believe that NTQ Solution, as a Vietnamese company with a very small resource at the beginning, can make it this far. I’m very impressed with the professionalism, orientation to every detail and even your lovely gifts showing how caring and dedication you are”, a student shared her thoughts about the event.

The event is significant not only for improving our brand to international guests but also giving a better preparation for us before realizing the goal of the EU Entity in the near future.
