NTQ Solution Officially Releases Website NTQ Career

On September 29th, the launching ceremony of the Official Information Channel about NTQ’s culture and people was organized at NTQ’s headquarters. 

Mrs. Nguyen Huong Lan – Director of the People Development Department of NTQ – said: “NTQ Solution is investing strongly in developing human resources through internal training programs. Then, we need an official channel to share the achievements that NTQ-ers got through those processes and speak to the world about NTQ’s culture, people, and working environment, becoming a communication method among the BOD, employees, and community. Therefore, the NTQ Career website will help NTQ-ers share their achievements at NTQ with friends and family more easily and express their pride in the company in the journey to reach out to the world, leveraging Vietnamese position on the global map”.

In the third 5-year plan, one of NTQ’s critical missions is standardizing the hiring process and organizing professional training programs to level up the employees’ competency. Therefore, the company will strengthen its internal resources to become a Global Service IT Provider with a team full of profound knowledge, high-experienced, creative, and flexible talents.

According to the plan, by the end of 2026, NTQ Solution will thrive to 3000+ employees, having 6 international branches, and the average productivity of each person will reach $30,000 per year.
